Shipping and Returns
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS Priority Mail
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Receipt of Deliverables
At the time your order arrives please verify the items that you have ordered are correct, complete and have arrived in good shape.
Inspection of Deliverables
If you find that there is a discrepancy between the order you placed and what you received, please compare it with the packing slip and/or your sales receipt for verification. If there is still an issue, please notify a Customer Service Representative (me) for an RA# within 14 (fourteen) business days of receipt if there is any incorrect, missing, or damaged product. No returns accepted without an RA#.

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items can not be returned if they are opened.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
